Please note, for all returns, refunds and credits, contact should be made prior to dispatch at sales@kissychristmas.com giving your reason for return.

                                                                        Refunds                                                                                    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to manufacture, items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods in their original condition and packaging. We will refund the cost of the item via PayPal, but the postage will not be refunded. 

                                                                                       Credits                                                                                     If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any other reason items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods in their original condition and packaging. We will then issue you with a credit on account to the sum of the original purchase price. Postage will not be credited. 

                                                                                                  Returns                                                                                                   For all returns the sender will need to pay for the return postage costs. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
